To serve all, to love all, to mix with all and to see God in all beings were the ideals taught by Swami Sivananda and the True World Order founded by Swami Vishnu-Devananda,  aimed at promoting world peace and understanding.

Lisa continues to stay inspired with the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga by continuing her studies of Yoga philosophy and attending regular workshops and training.

Lisa says ” My commitment is to teaching small classes of not more than 8 students per class.  This allows me to build relationships with every student, adapting my teachings to meet with their own personal, emotional, physical and psychological needs.   The Heart of Yoga has a very special community – some of the students have been sharing their yoga practice with me for 8 years”.
